You believe that practicing this form of meditation can lead to reduced stress, increased mental clarity, and overall improved well-being.
The "Pro Transcendental Meditation" political ideology is not a conventional political ideology in the sense of liberalism, conservatism, or socialism. Instead, it refers to a belief system that advocates for the integration of Transcendental Meditation (TM) principles into political and societal structures. This ideology is rooted in the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of the Transcendental Meditation movement.
Transcendental Meditation is a form of silent mantra meditation, introduced by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the mid-20th century. It involves the use of…

How do you think your relationships would be different if you responded to conflict with a meditative mindset?
@9LGBHX92mos2MO
Lack of explosiveness and better thought put into actions
@9LG4LBRRepublican2mos2MO
I believe that I would at based off logic instead of emotion
@9LGBNN92mos2MO
People would probably get annoyed with me because i'd always be calm.
@9LGC2T52mos2MO
Well on one side of this, people would be more calm and collected, but I feel this would slow the decision-making process and harm society because meditation takes a while for some and when matters are pressing, time isn't your best friend. It would help, but not for issues that have a few days to be dealt with.
@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
How might your friendships change if you and your friends started sharing meditation experiences?
@9KFK9QZ3mos3MO
I think our relationships would grow as we are doing stuff together
@9KFKR8BIndependent3mos3MO
this way we learn more about each one of us enjoy doing
@9KFK92Z3mos3MO
I'm not sure if it would particularly change too much but maybe bring something we have in common.
@9KFK67V3mos3MO
I don't know what that is sounds like what I was learning about in calc yesterday
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
How might establishing a meditation habit in your daily routine potentially alter your life five years from now?
@9JK8QQJWomen’s Equality4mos4MO
Many people need to stop and take a breather every once in a while. I don't think it will alter your life it might benefit it.
I dont think it would affect much. Its not something that could alter your life completely.
@9JK8C7Y4mos4MO
It might end up being helpful to people's mental health.
@ISIDEWITH7mos7MO
Can a technique like Transcendental Meditation really influence collective consciousness and reduce social problems such as crime rates?
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
Can you imagine a world where everyone meditates; what differences might you notice in society?
@claireemilycook 6mos6MO
I do not think it matters if everyone meditates. Meditation is a healthy practice for many people of many walks of life. It is not for everyone, though, and it should not be touted as a solution to sociopolitical anarchy. We should encourage all healthy and peaceful coping mechanisms and practices in life, but it should not be politically motivated.
@ISIDEWITH7mos7MO
Should governments fund programs that encourage Transcendental Meditation, or should this be a purely personal choice without state intervention?
@9H3WBKYRepublican7mos7MO
This should have nothing to do with the government
@9H3W9Q3CA Common Sense7mos7MO
No government should even have anything to do with this. If you want bigger *** should the government pay for that .NO!!!!!!
@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
Do you believe group meditation practices could unify your community, and in what ways?
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
How could sharing your meditation experiences with others enhance your practice and its benefits?
I believe that meditation can be a good way for people to deal with their mental health, as for sharing it I think that it should depend on the person if they are comfortable sharing it. sometimes in sharing we strengthen others, other times it can hurt.
@9LGGCYM2mos2MO
Honestly I'm not into all of that so I wouldn't really know. But, I bet it helps certain people but I'm not one of those people.
@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
What part of your daily routine do you think would be best replaced with a few minutes of meditation, and why?
@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
How do you imagine your creativity might flourish with regular meditation?
Meditation allows you to tune out other factors of your life, allowing special focus on creative subjects which may have been restricted with normal life.
@9L5Q5Z82mos2MO
I don’t know about creativity, but it would certainly relieve some anxiety which has all kinds of positive outcomes.
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
If people around you started meditating, how do you think that would affect your community's overall well-being?
@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
Would you rather have a quiet space for meditation or a gym at your school, and why?
@9K8N46Z3mos3MO
Probably both but if I had to chose it would be a gym because it is important for kids to get exercise.
@9K8M82YRepublican3mos3MO
It depends on the person. Someone might like to exersize to focus or calm down, others prefer peace and quiet to "pull themselves" together.
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
Do you think meditation can provide a form of mental 'exercise' similar to how physical activity benefits the body?
@9HL8Y8J6mos6MO
I think that can help with calmness and mental health but it won't help with physical benefits
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
In what ways do you think practicing meditation might influence your relationships with others?
@9HHRSFM 6mos6MO
Meditation could greatly improve the quality of our interactions. It creates space to be mindful of our thoughts by letting our very own thoughts go. It brings acceptance that we're all emotionally conscious beings, all living life in the first person.
@ISIDEWITH7mos7MO
Can inner peace achieved through Transcendental Meditation translate to tangible political reforms and conflict resolution on a larger scale?
@9H5GLYQ6mos6MO
It can, if we can learn to meet in the middle and not be so extreme.
@ISIDEWITH7mos7MO
Do you believe that incorporating meditation practices into educational systems could lead to better student outcomes and a more peaceful society?
@9H82R946mos6MO
Yes, because it could calm people down and make it easier for them to learn.
