If there's room for power struggle, you didn't get rid of all the hierarchies. Anarchism isn't a power vacuum, it's replacing hierarchy with highly accountable and horizontal systems of mutual aid and cooperation.

Anarchism is just stupid. People are social constructs and therefore require that socializiation to function. Society is a neccessary part of it, and therefore without government the power struggles among people would rise.
