The ICJ needs to act quicker The ICJ needs to be more bold and forceful to stop the unfolding Genocide and War Crimes and ethnic cleansing and flagrant violation of International law which is clearly part of a pattern of Genocide as confirmed by the UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese Formal Notification to the International Court of Justice ( ICJ ) at to take urgent measures to prevent and stop the Genocide.
